Unicorn Trade (“UNICORN”) is a registered wholesale supplier of phone accessories in Bartlett, IL 60103 and offers products to you when you visit our store at unicorntrades.com. The brand name ‘UNICORN’ is a registered trademark of Unicorn Trade in the state of Illinois. This page states the Terms and conditions under which you, the website visitor (“You” or “Your” or “Yourself”) may use or correspond with this website (“Our Site”), which is owned by Unicorn Trade (“We” or “Us” or “Our”). When shopping at Unicorn Trade, whether the order is placed over the phone or via the website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

PRODUCTS

All products sold are brand new, undamaged, and have never been used.

Unicorn Trade retains ownership of any products ordered until full payment has been received for such products. The company manufacturers cell phone charging cables under its proprietary name “UNICORN”. We also import other high-quality cell phone accessories from our authorized manufacturers located outside the US. All our products are quality controlled and tested to work under our strict policy.

We try our best effort to make 100% certain that all product colors, dimensions, and photos are exact; however, there are at times minor discrepancies based on screen resolution, and other possible factors. Any questions or hesitations based on color or dimensions must be discussed before placing your order. We will not be responsible for minor discrepancies from what was advertised. All products on unicorntrades.com may be classified under California Proposition 65 regulations.

UNICORN REWARDS PROGRAM

The Unicorn Rewards Program is designed to reward registered members for purchasing items on unicorntrades.com. User will be automatically enrolled in Rewards Program when you create an account with us. Non-Registered / Guest members will not earn Unicorn Rewards Cash on purchases. Registered users will earn a minimum of 5% cash rewards on every purchase, plus extra rewards on certain limited time promotional items. The bonus promotional rewards are subject to change every quarter without any notice.

The base discount value for 100 Unicorn Cash is $1.00. Redeem up to 2500 Unicorn Cash for $25 discount on your next purchase. The minimum threshold to get a product discount is only 300 Unicorn Cash. All unredeemed Unicorn Cash will expire after 180 days of your last order date. 

TAX EXEMPTION PROGRAM

The Tax Exempt Program allow those with a tax-exempt status to quickly and easily purchase eligible products at our website tax-free. All our items are sold for commercial use or resale purposes. To enroll in the program, please upload tax exemption certificate (in pdf format) from your account. It may take up to 3 business days to verify your tax ID. You can start shopping tax-free after you submit your application.

If you have multiple accounts on our site, you do not have to resubmit tax exempt certificate for each account. We will authorize all accounts upon request. Send us your associated account email/username at support@unicorntrades.com. The certificate will be solely used for tax return purpose and will not be transferred to any third party unless required by law. 

SHIPPING

Unicorn Trade ships all orders from the United States. Our products are mainly located at our warehouse in Bartlett, Illinois. We ship to all states and territories of the United States. We do not ship internationally on our website. Unicorn Trade do not accept payments from international billing address.

All items are shipped via USPS or UPS or FedEx only. The handling time varies based on the selected shipping method. The customers who select Expedite shipping will be prioritize first. Generally, we deliver products within 2-7 business days. All orders are shipped with a valid tracking number. Adult Signature upon delivery is required for all orders over $500.

Please double check your shipping address before placing an order. If the tracking status shows delivered at your provided city and state, no refund is issued under any circumstances. It is your responsibility to look your surrounding areas, and contact your local post office. If the package returns back to us, you’ll be issued full refund for the products.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

To cancel an order, a customer must email us or send a message from our contact us page. The registered members can also send cancellation request from their order detail page. Requests for cancellation are not complete until they are confirmed by us. There are no cancellation fees for any orders canceled before the items left our facility. Any cancellation of an order after this initial period will need to follow the Cancellation Policy procedure described below:

Unicorn Trade makes every effort to deliver orders to our customers as quickly as possible unless a customer requests an order to be held for a period of time. Once an order is already in transit, it cannot be canceled without the customer paying round trip shipping fees and a 15% cancellation fee. There are high costs shipping for wholesale packages across the country, and by having this policy we are able to keep our costs low and pass significant savings to our customers.

Unicorn Trade’s Free Shipping offer is based on the customer keeping the order. Customers canceling their order are required to pay the original and return shipping costs even if the order qualified for Free Shipping. All shipping charges are non-refundable. All associated cancellation fees will be deducted from your refund.

DAMAGES

Unicorn Trade makes every feasible effort to make sure that your order arrives to you in perfect condition the first time. However, despite taking extreme precautions, damages may occur on rare occasions. Customer agrees to allow Unicorn Trade the opportunity to remedy the damage or defected issue. Customer agrees to accept the remedy selected by Unicorn Trade which will be in the best interest of our customers. Our goal always is to make our customers happy. However, if a customer prefers to cancel the order rather than allowing us to remedy the issue(s), the order will be considered a cancellation, and as such, subject to our cancellation policy.s‘Retain all packaging and report the damage to Unicorn Trade immediately within 24 hours of arrival. We will require photos of both the packaging and the damaged item.

RETURN POLICY

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We believe in our products and building a long-lasting relationship with our retailer friends. We do not want you to lose any customers due to our products. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be new and in unused condition. A few of our items may be excluded from our return policy. Special orders where custom items or colors are selected are non-refundable. Items can be exchanged at your shipping expense. Returns are only accepted in their original packaging, and without any missing items.

To return items for a refund, please contact us via email or contact us page or from your refund request page (for registered members only) for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

Customer must send a return request within fourteen (14) calendar days from receiving delivery.

Returned items must be received by Unicorn Trade within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the return authorization is issued.

Unicorn Trade will calculate and provide to you in email, applicable restocking fees. A Return Authorization number will not be issued until we receive written acceptance from a customer of all return fees via email.

Refunds, if applicable, will not be issued until item(s) are inspected by Unicorn Trade.

 

Full Refunds May Not Be Issued If:

The item(s) is determined by us to have been used or damaged by a customer.

If the item(s) is not returned in its original packaging or equivalent.

If the item(s) does not have a Return Authorization Number.

If you want a replacement, we will replace any defective item returned by your customer in your next order placed on our website. We cannot ship you individual items in separate packages because of the high shipping rates. All our items already have a low price and do not count for such additional return expenses. Free return shipping label will be provided to return the defective item back to us. The replacement will be issued only for the inspected item only. The return shipping fees + restocking fees may apply for any misuse of our replacement or return policy. 

LIABILITY

Although care has been taken to ensure the US safety standards in our products, Unicorn Trades makes no representations or warranties whatsoever, express or implied, with respect to any products sold by us. We do not assume any liability for any injury and/or damage to persons or property arising from or related to the material contained in our products.  

DISPUTES

Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any products through unicorntrades.com will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law apply to this agreement. We each agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration we each waive any right to a jury trial. We also both agree that you or we may bring suit in court to enjoin infringement or other misuses of intellectual property rights.

As to any claim made against Unicorn Trade, you agree that your damages, if any, shall, to the fullest extent permitted by law, be limited to the actual amount of money you paid to Unicorn Trade for the cost of goods as well as any shipping costs. We do not guarantee that we will be able to fill every order and you should not expect that simply because an order is placed or an item is listed in our catalog or website, that such item is definitely available. If you place an order which we are unable to complete, then, if you have made a payment to Unicorn Trade, you agree that your damages shall be limited to a refund of the amount you paid. You agree that, in all instances, you are not entitled to, and Unicorn Trade shall not be liable for, incidental, punitive, exemplary, indirect or consequential damages (including but not limited to lost profits, loss of use, damage to third parties, or any diminution of value) arising under or relating to any items you purchase, order, obtain, or seek to obtain from CF.

If you resort to disputing or reversing a charge or submitting a dispute claim with your financial institution in an attempt to reverse or withhold payment from Unicorn Trade for either a portion or the entire sum of your order, you are thereby forfeiting your rights to any promotional offers that were provided with your order. These are including but not limited to reward points and free shipping.

DISCLAIMERS

The customer is responsible for reviewing the order confirmation details sent to them, and contacting us regarding any errors or inaccuracies so that Unicorn Trade may revise the order details to reflect the correct information.

Errors on Our Site: We try to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant product descriptions or another site content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Prices and promotions are subject to change. Rarely an item listed as available on our site may not be available, or an item may be mispriced, despite our best efforts. For any of these reasons, we may cancel your order, or we may contact you for instructions on the order.
